Return NeedsTargets to opensysusers hook

Hi all!

I had an issue with latest opensysusers package rebuilt for aarch64: when pacman started post-transaction hooks it hang up and when i pressed enter the following error was printed:

Code: [Select]

[: ==: unary operator expected

After a bit of changes i found a solution to be adding "NeedsTargets" line to the end of /usr/share/libalpm/hooks/opentmpfiles.hook
I don't know if this issue exists on x86_64

Thanks for the report. 'opentmpfiles-0.2-4' fixes the issue
