Had the same issue a few weeks ago. Ungoogled Chromium was put in Artix Universe repo. So you should disable the repo from Alium in your pacman.conf and update again.

👍 Exactly! My repo was only temporarily and nobody should use it anymore,
All should use universe repo only!!!

ohh, somebody removed it from universe ... @artist, you should give it back to universe

This package is no longer needed for Chromium, it can download the component itself. With Chromium 81, you can either use this or let it download the component, but it better to have it in universe...
but yes, you can uninstall it manually, if you want .

edit: artist told me it can't be re-distributed due to licensing issues, so we must removed it
