Enable DoH and set it to libreDNS with the ad filter.

They havn't turned off all of the telemetry but the main parts which normally tell Firefox where the mothership is have been removed. So it might be trying to phone home but not be able to locate the mothership.

Browser 'Favicons' Can Be Used as Undeletable 'Supercookies' To Track You Online

Quote
According to a researcher, favicons can be a security vulnerability that could let websites track your movement and bypass VPNs, incognito browsing status, and other traditional methods of cloaking your movement online.

about:config ->
browser.chrome.site_icons -> toggle "false"
browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.favicon -> toggle "false"

Is it enough?

@strajder
At least for now librewolf will stay in the universe repo.
Yesterday it was updated to 89.0.
You might also have a look at firedragon, a fork from librewolf, which currently also is in universe.

Hello, Librewolf is in version 95. I see firedragon has been updated in repositories. Is there any special reason why Librewolf is not updated yet?
