Dracut package has hooks and scripts it should not have

Artix packaging should match Arch packaging as closely as possible minus systemd adjustments, but the dracut package provided by Artix includes hooks and scripts that the Arch package does not have. Oddly enough, these hooks don't match those provided by the dracut-hook AUR package. The images generated by the hooks are also not detected by /etc/grub.d/10_linux (used by grub-mkconfig). This means a config generated by grub-mkconfig will be incomplete due to missing initrd entries, and the system will not boot as a result. The simplest solution is to remove the hooks and scripts from the dracut package, and let the user decide if they want dracut hooks and scripts by installing the dracut-hook AUR package.
