fuse-openrc corrupted home partition

I installed fuse-openrc and added it to runlevel default to run an AppImage as the AppImage wasn't launch. When I tried to launch it in a Terminal, the output told me to install FUSE so I checked it was installed but there was a package called fuse-openrc so I figured fuse was a daemon and installed it. The AppImage didn't launch at all and was still popping out the same output in the terminal so I thought I had to restart my computer and I came to a loop where sddm was basically preventing me from logging in so I went into a tty and figured out my home wasn't mounted. Used timeshift to log back into my system but logged into the root partition so I installed gparted and afterwards I figured out my home partition was corrupted.

AppImage was also BalenaEtcher from their main site.
