Buildiso and lightdm

For the last two weeks I have had permission problems. This all disappeared yesterday and I thought it was Calamares and a missing file.
Building an iso this morning with lightdm the permission problems were back. Rebuilt the iso with sddm no permission problems.
Note once installed lightdm works fine.
