Ungoogled-chromium default search engine

Hello, i recently updated and added the universe repository with all the mirrors, i installed ungoogled-chromium, it worked great, but i am getting this message "your browser is managed by your organization", i wanted to change the default search engine to searx but i can't, because it only lets me have the already available search engines only. is there a way around this ? i tried searching for the ungoogled-chromium docs but haven't found anything about it

Search something with the new search engine, then go to Menu -> Settings -> Search Engine -> Manage Search Engines. You should find new search engine under "Other search engines". There is also "Add" button, which allows adding custom search engines directly.
