Is that what your install looked like?


At what point did you get the error from easyeffects?  I'm trying to reproduce the error to see it on my pc.

so can we assume you have adwaita installed then?  You would likely need to build it from the aur...

If the dev is telling you that something is broken in pipewire it's likely you will need to wait until that something is fixed upstream and there's no amount of hacking and slashing on our end that will resolve the issue.

you could enable arch repositories if you need adwaita like i installed it.

how do i use easy effects to produce your error?

does it run standalone or within another program?

def looks like pipewire is broken.  it's still pretty new may take some time for them to sort it out upstream.

im building pulseeffects-legacy from the aur now to see if it will run.  almost done.  give me a sec to see if it will run.

135/136.  a moment more to know.

it's a bit slow on my machine but i got to a gui.  want to try that?

i tried the reverb and it def works.

i got dishes to wash.  try it out and report back..

so uhhh tried both from the aur and building from source i cant get it to work, idk if i did something wrong or anything.

after building pulseeffects-legacy the command to run it in a terminal is:

pulseeffects


for long outputs we should really use pastebin.com or the like so that others reading can follow allong with scrolling through all that in the forum...

basically you go to your paste site and post the text and you get a link to the posted text and you post the link.  tedious a bit but the polite thing to do.
