Runit in world repository

I just noticed that some 5 months ago runit and all runit related packages were moved from system to world. Was there a reason to do this? It's not a big deal but it is weird to see all (officially supported) inits in system except for one.

The original runit maintainer stepped down, he implemented and now just maintains dinit. If nobody stood up to maintain it, it was going to be removed from Artix or moved to to universe. But our developer Q stepped up and is now maintaining it, so it is still sticking around for the time being.
