[Bug] Fonts for Japanese are not automatically installed when Artix is installed

If you install Artix from the GUI using the LXQt ISO and select Japanese in the installer, the Japanese characters in the user interface will be tofu when you reboot after installation is complete.
If Japanese is selected in the installer, Japanese fonts (e.g. noto-fonts-cjk) must also be installed automatically.
