xfce dead 29 August 2022, 14:22:26 HI there i am facing a serious bug with artix-xfce-openrc . I downloaded and installed it . All went well. Then i kept my laptop on and went outside to buy something to eat. When i came back the laptop screen was dark. (screensaver) . So i tried to wake it up and it did . After reentring the password for authentication it won't show up the desktop. even then on reboot no login prompt was being displayed and was unable to login. I then reinstalled the iso and disabled the screensaver option but here comes another thing. While using xfce i closed the alacriity terminal and tried to open firefox and firefox was not launching . then i tried to open alacritty and other apps and found out that xfce was not functional anymore. Upon rebooting lightdm login manager or whatever was installed did not showed up and was unable to use graphical environment. so my question does this issue exist in other DE ? if not i would like to install lxqt.
