GUI applications randomly freeze in DWM

I'm using Luke Smith dwm with little changes (different colors, keybindings, etc) and 2 weeks ago I noticed, that GUI applications (Brave or discord) randomly froze and I had to killlall them.
Firstly I thought it may be related to my config.mk file (I changed X11INC to /usr/include/x11, hence /usr/X11R6/include doesn't exist [is deprecated?]).
I tried rebuilding dwm with older setting, but it still freezes. Then I switched from linux kernel to linux-lts (with 5.19 came a lot of bugs, like "after typing password to encrypt disk screen turns off for half a second, earlier [in 5.18] text became bold [like it read font, then forgot about it?]").

Does anyone have the same issue (or solution)?
