Issues with Nvidia and (possibly) KScreen

TL;DR: If i use KScreen my main monitor does not get a signal. If I turn KScreen off I always get the wrong display configuration (My primary isnt the primary anymore and also is on the right and not the left).

Observations:
- Display configuration not persisting, even if I make changes from the nvidia settings
- Grub also not on primary
- Happened after update
- Plymouth also not on primary
