After update cannot open Telegram. Error --

There were quite a few updates this morning. This seems to be related to openssl but trying a downgrade breaks dependencies. Any ideas?.. Thanks

Update - On a side note, as a temporary fix I was able to get it to work by copying the two missing files (libssl.so.1.1 and libcrypto.so.1.1) into the /usr/lib directory. These two files appear to be missing from /usr/lib after the update today. I'm not sure what directory those two needed files reside in now, I just copied them from my other machine that hasn't been updated yet.
