[SOLVED] Network: Web Browsers can't connect to Google and many websites

Well I've been struggling today with web browsers unable to connect to many websites.
When i ping in terminal shows solid internet connections.
Things I've tried - Reset modem many times
                             - Changed DNS severs multiple times
                             - Reset web browser settings

Things I haven't tried yet - Pulling my hair out!
Appreciate if a networking guru can help me from losing my sanity.

Just for posterity what network manager do you use, NM, connman or dhcpcd?
You can find that in started services list for your init.
Next time is plays up maybe collect some logs, and if you don't need advanced features just use dhcpcd.
