Flatpak Librewolf and I2P

Hello everyone
Recently, with the dropping of librewolf package I needed to install it from flatpak.
I use librewolf for i2p browsing and previously I could do it simply by installing en url=https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/i2p-in-private-browsing/]extension[/url], but it does not work now.

I have also tried configuring it manually but still it does not work.

When I type a .i2p domain, it searches it with duck duck go and yet it can see my i2p install and run the i2p consoke, so I know that the proxy is doing fine.

I think it has something to do with the flatpak sandboxing and all.

Can somebody please help me out figuring this out?

it's strange if f(l)atpak also partially isolates the network namespace enough to block localhost, wasn't aware of this back when i used it on a non-glibc distro. And there are still countless repos still providing librewolf, if you really have to use it, cause with i2p you can use simpler browsers anyway, like qutebrowser falkon etc.
I recommend standalone client for i2p, like the java "i2p+" which comes preconfigured.

There is a binary package for librewolf in the AUR: librewolf-bin.
Also as hitman says there are countless repos to install it from.
