Chromium and web apps such as spotify flickering and stuttering
Hello all,
I'm currently using a framework 13 laptop (gen 13 intel, i5-1340p) with Artix OpenRC xfce, and its going well, however chromium and apps based on it (discord, spotify) have flickering issues when started, and are unusable. When I run chromium in the terminal, I'm greeted with this message:

[11780:11798:1031/115854.198909:ERROR:select_file_dialog_linux_portal.cc(285)] Failed to read portal version property
intel-media-driver as well as linux firmware are installed, and no other apps are affected by this.
