Virtualbox broken after last update

I don't run gremlins or gomblins repos.
Current kernel in use is 4.17.10-1.2-ARTIX
I have following related packages installed: linux-headers 4.17.10-1.2; virtualbox 5.2.16-1; virtualbox-host-modules-artix 5.2.16-2

Virtualbox complains that vboxdrv is not loaded
If I run lsmod, vboxdrv is not loaded
If I run modprobe vboxdrv I get: "modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'vboxdrv': Invalid argument"

I tried lts kernel and headers, in vain.  I tried dkms version of virtualbox host modules, without success too.

Anyone else struggling with this? Any success in fixing this?

This has been going on repeatedly with virtualbox-**---artix not catching up to kernel and headers and in the meantime only the dkms-** will work.   Wait a few days and replace with vb--artix pkgs again once they are updated.
