Jupyter notebook starts and opens tab in firefox, but shows blank page.

As in subject, jupyter starts everything, but page in firefox page is blank, although HTML is not empty. I installed chromium, to check different browser, and running

BROWSER=chromium jupyter-notebook file.ipynb
works, but I had to refresh page like 3-4 times to see notebook.
