Idea for perfect laptop computer

I was thinking what the best laptop would be in 8 years where all code is written by ChatGPT and C++ becomes the new Fortran. In this dystopian world, the code would not be very fast and therefore we'll all have to get better hardware. Sadly, this means that we can't stick to our ThinkPad T60's and our Latitude D800's. But these computers have many appeals. The classic keyboard, the aesthetic, and the ability to switch hard drives are just some examples. But these holy virtues will be left behind because nobody makes these kinds of computers anymore; because most people (normies) don't want these kinds of computers anymore. Nowadays if the computer can consoom content and most people think it looks pretty then it's good enough. That led me to this question: What If some philanthropist (or maybe even a normal businessman, if it's profitable) decided to start manufacturing computers that had top-of-the-line hardware; build quality; ruggedness; and the old-fashioned characteristics that have now gone extinct, so that the ultimate laptop could be made? How could we make this happen? Or maybe new methodologies will allow people to make and design their own laptops in a process not much more complex than building a PC?
I am a fetus in the belly of my mother. I am using the World Wide Web by programming in ARM assembly on the Raspberry Pies that my mother has eaten. Is it too late to start learning programming?
