No, that's nothing to do with grub-mount which is only used by grub. You should really ask on the Devuan forum about Devuan related problems, but in general you should probably run a file system check on the partition and SMART check on the drive, plus look in syslog for any related logged errors and search them online. If it only happens in Devuan though, it could be just a Devuan bug, or perhaps you are missing a package (related to ntfs?) or firmware in that install, or you could try the liquorix kernel which sometimes helps.

but why here at Artix issue with slow updating grub?
its grub or Artix issue or other OS that i have at multibooting?

I explained and demonstrated that in a post above. Try grub-mount vs mount for yourself. It always makes it very slow to read files, but  the resulting time depends on the filesystem in use and the amount of files that are read. Turns out os-prober is a separate project to grub, maintained by Debian as part of the debian-installer package although it was originally a separate package, and grub-mount isn't intended for this use by the sound of it.
I linked to this thread in the bug report so try and stop being so negative unless you want to convince them it's an Artix only problem so they don't bother to fix it at all and we will have to put up with it forever.  ;D
