building a package

Hello,

I know there is similar thread on this  topic but i need just a hint how to proceed.

I would like ti create a package from source. On AUR i have found this script>
https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=pgadmin4-server

But what are the next steps, I am not lazy but a little bit lost.
