Global Shortcuts Don't Work

All global shortcuts are set  to not work. None, zero, zilch, nada. Even alt+tab does not work.

Steps to reproduce:t
1. Install Artix KDE
2.Open anything that starts with "K"
a)Kate
b)Konsole
This is the best example.
Now press alt+tab

Any reason Artix removed all KDE global shortucts. I have never ever
senn any distro removing KDE global shortcuts. You're the first one.

I am not on anything fancy:
just X11 and KDE.

I'm simply stunned!

Expected result:
Make KDE usable. Remove the removal of all global shortctus.
Wholy  shit! Why did you hardcoded the removal of KDE shortcuts?!

did you install from a specific iso? which one?

Maybe I still have too much faith in humanity, but the above tone strikes me as the trolling of an Artix hater.
