pacman 7 sandboxing configuration

greetings,

pacman 7.0.0 introduced sandboxing feature where packages are downloaded as a separate user with dropped privileges.
it adds the respective option to enable that in `pacman.conf`: `DownloadUser = alpm`.

is there reason that change is not added to artix's pacman.conf?

It's just not in the default config but it should work fine. Everyone has the group.
