Update today prevents telegram-desktop from booting.

Hi all,

After an update today ;

$ telegram-desktop
telegram-desktop: error while loading shared libraries: libopenh264.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Seems a package update order issue; rebuild is running now.
