I tried to find a solution but i dont know. If i delete /etc/artix-release, will it fix this?

Thanks :-)

yes, or run
# pacman -Su --force
and it will replace it.  It is just a text file with the name of the artix release

I have 2 laptops with Artix Linux installed.
On both, I have deleted this file and after that, the upgrade worked fine  :)
