Can't see usb on desktop or file manager

Ok for some odd reason I can't any of my usb on my desktop. If I go to the terminal and type fdisk -l it shows up. I did some googling and so far the only thing that came up with to uncomment the last line of /lib/udev/rules.d then i reboot but it is still the same. Any assistance is welcome

I had the same issue and found the solution and noted it in my post about no wireless/usb mounting (https://artixlinux.org/forum/index.php?topic=78.0) I had to install gvfs-nosystemd and automounter from AUR and udisks2 from the regular repos and after a reboot everything was as expected. Didn't have to fuss with any udev rules.

I will have to try that when I get back to work. Thanks for the tip!
