You can simply downgrade it with:

sudo pacman -S extra/qt5

You find qt5 5.14.1 in the extra repos.

I have the same issue.

I Install, pacman doesn't work so do pacman -Sy first thing

If i do pacman -Syu afterwards, I have t he same issue as andrewcz. I will try the downgrade now and see if it works.  :)

I just imported and pushed qt5-styleplugins into our repos (galaxy). When your mirror syncs for the next update, it should fix it and everything should be safe to upgrade again. Sorry about all the trouble!
