Problem with music

Hello and thank in advance.
I have been using Artix XFCE Open RC and S-6.
Sound in Audacious and Deadbeef was fine.
But sometimes there is too much distortion, and when I lower volume, I can't hear anything.
Tried both - with pulseaudio and without. The same problem, sound is with crackling and distorted.
It's flac file, ripped from audio CD.
I had same problem before, but with some update, it was solved.
Can anyone help ? Thank you.

Probably not the case but worth a look, on some hardware PCM being set too high in alsamixer can cause distortion at any output volume, because that's like the preamp setting.

Thank you, sorry, but it didn't worked.
I hope that it will be solved.
99% percent of Linux distributions is making me problems with distortion.
S - 6 (no pulseaudio) was only distro that was excellent in terms of music quality (no distortions of audio sound).
So I hope that it will be solved.

There can also be something like audio buffer underrun/overrun, you could check terminal output of some application (e.g. mpv) using alsa directly (to test this case make sure pulseaudio isn't running). If this is the case you could try to configure buffer size in pulseaudio
ARMtix

I don't use pulseaudio. Just alsa.
