[SOLVED] Artix-archlinux-support won't install (errors)

Hi all. Tried to install "artix-archlinux-support" today and got error message

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
artix-archlinux-support: /etc/arch-release exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

There is an: /etc/arch-release file which just says - "Arch Linux release"

I installed "artix-archlinux-support" on another machine that also has the:  /etc/arch-release file which just says - "Arch Linux release" - with no errors. The only difference between them is the one that accepted the install is runit and the one that won't is open-rc.

Any suggestions? Just remove the /etc/arch-release file?

Yes just remove /etc/arch-release
