I tried this, but it still complained about efivars not supported on this system.
So, I booted to the Atrix live image and mounted the installed Atrix Partition. Then I chrooted into it. But, I had to run mount -t efivarfs efivarfs /sys/firmware/efi/efivars
first outside and then inside the chroot. Then I ran grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=Artix --force
and it worked. Thanks for helping! :)
