CustomISO: buildiso failed in make

CustomISO: buildiso failed in make_grub bootfs

I follow this instruction CustomISO

and create buildiso for testing :

buildiso -p base

and I get this error in section make_grub

when I test boot only I get this error

==> Prepare [/iso/boot/grub]
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in make_grub().
    Aborting...

can anyone help me? or do I have something wrong?
