[UPDATE] FFMPEG upgrade

Update:
Users will get a prompt to replace ffmpeg-compat-58 with ffmpeg4.4. It is safe to do so, and the compat pkg is currently being removed from repo due to the replacement.
At this point, ffmpeg upgrades are safe now.
