Disable wireguard on startup

Hello, I use runit and Wireguard activates my VPN by default at startup, how can I do so that I don't have to do wg-quick down every time?

ln -s /etc/runit/sv/wireguard /run/runit/service/
then /etc/wireguard/vpn.conf
