Kernel 5.15 breaks RK3399 devices

If you own a device based on RK3399 DO NOT update to linux-aarch64 5.15 as it breaks any storage device detection. If this situation will be fixed, i will make a note about it in this post

UPD: linux-aarch64-lts package was added to system repo. With more kernel choices (-lts, mainline and -rc) there is less chance to brick system completely
UPD1: still not fixed in 5.16-rc1
