KDE Plasma windows keep "flickering"

Hello guys, usually i don't care much about this but since now I'm recording videos to youtube I'm getting annoyed by this thing, any window I'm on keeps "flickering" in such a way that it isn't rendered at sometimes, even showing the desktop behind it...
Just for you to see, it happens many times in my video (btw checkout and subscribe  ;)  )

But the question is, why is this happening? You can see that it happens right at the beginning of the video before 00:01 second, I guess is something about my nvidia drivers (i'm using open src xf86-video-nouveau) but couldn't find the reason, any help on that? Thanks in advance

I think you should change de video processor in the display settings.
there is opengl 2, 3 and cpu.  opengl 2 will be more stable, and if you want to avoid this effect totally, just use "cpu mode" for the time you record your videos.

You get this on Mate too, there you turn off compositing in the desktop settings. You can also turn off hardware acceleration in your browser settings too if you still get problems. From reading Nouveau bug reports, it has a known major flaw that nobody can fix, it doesn't handle multi threading very well (which can also lead to crashes and instability due to collisions) and the problem here is that when you have more than one thing using the GPU it switches between them clumsily. It is less noticeable with more powerful graphics, but in Mate with Nouveau, if I open the GitHub home page (with the animation showing all those connections on a spinning world) in numerous tabs in a browser and do some CPU intensive task at the same time to load down overall processing as that seems to also affect it, that shows it very well. On machines with lower powered graphics you see it all the time just in normal use. It's mainly down to newer versions of apps making more and more use of the graphics so you have more than one thing making demands at the same time, and nouveau hasn't got worse but it's limitations are more exposed now.

OP should also try deleting $HOME/.config/compton.conf if it exists and renaming $HOME/.config/picom.conf (for example, to $HOME/.config/picom.conf.inactive) to check if it solves the issue.
