Internal laptop screen doesn't show up on xrandr

I converted my systemd Arch to openrc Artix, when Xorg's stuff starts it shows on my external monitor only and when I xrandr the output is

Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 2560 x 1080, maximum 32767 x 32767
HDMI-0 connected primary 2560x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 660mm x 380mm
   2560x1080     60.00 + 199.99*  180.00   144.00   120.00
   1920x1080     60.00    59.94    50.00
   1680x1050     59.95
   1440x900      59.89
   1280x1024     75.02    60.02
   1280x720      60.00    59.94    50.00
   1024x768      75.03    60.00
   800x600       75.00    72.19    60.32    56.25
   720x576       50.00
   720x480       59.94
   640x480       75.00    59.94    59.93

Xrandr doesn't pick up my eDP-1 screen, this wasn't an issue when I had Arch. I have an nvidia gpu and intel cpu in my laptop

Alright, I'll bite despite your chosen username. Have you got any gpu .conf files inside /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d? If yes, rename them and let Xorg autodetect your screens, you can tweak later.
