Issues in cinnamon

Hi. I recently installed cinnamon with openrc. I have the following issues I came across.
1. Cinnamon is very laggy which should not be . While scrolling and moving it lags much.
2. The System Info app does not work.. I clicked several times and nothing poped up.
What I want :
1. I have 2 GPUS. Intel and Nvidia. And it's loading nouveau driver's which I don't want it to be. I have blacklisted nouveau in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf (which I created) and added "blacklist nouveau".
Also even uninstalled nouveau but still it loads upon rebooting. xf86-video-intel is also installed so how can I load Intel and not nouveau?
Why is SystemInfo app not poping up?
How to completely get rid of nouveau
