[SOLVED] Waiting for udev uevents to be processed - takes two minutes

I use runit. Waiting for udev uevents to be processed - takes two minutes.
Also starting kernel takes longer than usual and shutdown sometimes stuck because device is busy.
Sometimes boot makes long pause at
mount all - busy

Installing -lts kernel didn`t help. So it is not because of last kernel update.

I also started to download pdf and djvu recently so hypothesised about ransomware but most likely it is because of updates.

Changed
/etc/udev/udev.conf
udev_log="info"

What messages I should look for at /var/log/ ?

Found
/var/log/dmesg.log
Quote
BTRFS info (device sdb2): bdev /dev/sdb2 errs: wr 1, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 64, gen 0

Can this be a problem?

Do you have a slower storage device compared to SSDs or HDDs that gets mounted at boot time? something like a USB flash drive.

I have ssd and hdd only. Problem appeared recently.

I commented HDD from /etc/fstab - nothing have changed.

There's also a possibility it could be a bad drive.

Check the health of all your drives using smartctl -H /dev/sdX.

smartctl -H passed on all drives.
Without HDD notebook boots fast as usual.
Most likely hardware problem HDD or adapter.
I revived two month old system backup and it has same slow boot issue now.

During liveiso boot I see some io errors on /dev/sda2.
I don't see same output on normal Artix boot even after removing quiet option from grub.cfg. and updating of course

Sometimes, smartctl --all can print out a journal of the drive, if it has io erorrs there you can isolate the problem to either it or the motherboard.
A memtest would also be worthy, there is a utility that tests live, called memtester, specify it with amount of ram that you have free e.g. memtester 5G

LE: you can have a look at that ODD bay adapter, maybe it's not tightened properly, or something mechanically happened near it. Reason why i don't like notebooks by the way, with certain exceptions like thinkpads or toughbooks :)

This is exactly what happened.
Replacing HDD didn’t help so this narrowed problem to other parts of notebook.
I scratched contacts on ODD bay adapter with mini screwdriver and now notebook boots just as fast as it was.
I will buy fine grit sandpaper for the next time.
Adapter is probably from cheap material so it oxydizes quickly.

Indeed this ideapad was not not made to last. Its advantage was price compared to other notebooks with IPC screen. )

It has too thing and slim case for 15 inches.
Case already has small crack on the side.
Sometimes keyboard leaves marks on the screen after I carry it in the bag because two parts are so close to each other.
When it is below room temperature stripes appear on the screen.
I already decided to replace it with classical thinkpad. )
