Deprecated Dependance

Elisa is native KDE Gears music player. Artix has it compiled with deprecated ffmpeg 4 dependancy. The latest stable release of ffmpeeg is ffmpeg6 coming from February 2023 (its November now). Why mess the system with two version of ffmpeg, while one is not maintained anymore (security, bugs, CVEs, etc). Elisa should be compiled against ffmpeg 6.

Because it depends on VLC 3 which only works with ffmpeg 4. However ffmpeg 4.4 is still supported and gets fixes so it is maintained.
