[SOLVED] ksysguard won't let me update

For a while now the package ksysguard makes pacman complain and won't let me update. I have waited a while to see if a fix appears but it seems I'm the only one with this problem. I can overcome this by refusing to update ksysguard by world or extra but I won't do the upgrade that way because I'm afraid it will break my system. It seems ksysguard was replaced in the newest Plasma 6 with system monitor but I'm not sure. What should I do?

Now I have a new problem too;
looking for conflicting packages...
warning: dependency cycle detected:
warning: qt6-multimedia-ffmpeg will be installed before its qt6-multimedia dependency
warning: dependency cycle detected:
warning: phonon-qt6-vlc will be installed before its phonon-qt6 dependency
warning: dependency cycle detected:
warning: xdg-desktop-portal-kde will be installed before its plasma-workspace dependency

When ask about this I just hit 1 because that's the default. This is a problem or is it ok? Thanks for your work and replies in advanced.

Just pressing [ENTER] is usually the recommended action by pacman and safe to do so.

It seems ksysguard has been abandoned but has been already ported to aur, package ksysguard6-git.

Hopefully enough people will need it for it to become a standalone thing of it's own like kdirstat -> qdirstat :)

Ultimately the culprit was the package plasma5-applets-thermal-monitor that I was using with ksysguard for monitoring temperatures and clockspeed. I removed this package and now I have a 534 package update running. Hopefully I can reinstall plasma5-applets-thermal-monitor and keep using it just as I was using it but I don't have high hopes for it. I don't really like the system monitor in KDE but oh well, not everything can be perfect. I don't think I'll have any problems with the update. Thank you.

The system updated and everything is fine. Thanks for you work Artix team. I will miss ksysguard. RIP.
