libprotobuf-lite.so.28.1.0 not found by pacman

"# pacman -Ss libprotobuf-lite.so.28.1.0"

gives a no response.

This file became un-findable after upgrading today. This has happened similarly, before.

It affects apps such as telegram-desktop,  in that it can no longer boot, i.e. ;

$ telegram-desktop
telegram-desktop: : error while loading shared libraries: libprotobuf-lite.so.28.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

New upgrade resolved the Telegram issue, just now. Impressive !

Interestingly ;

"# pacman -Ss libprotobuf-lite.so.28.1.0"

still gives a no response.
