It's the same shit Broadcom pulled with VMWare now, it's been really good (like waaay better than QEMU or VBOX when it comes to Windows guests) when the downloads were public, but even with the licensing changed now it's a shitshow that requires you to use their idiotic webpage with an account to a backend (and there are like 5 of those too!) that's only specific to VMWare shit, but hosted on closed Broadcom servers.
