Is Warner Bros. Discovery antichrist company?

I just look at the past decision by the Warner Bros. Discovery, i just found some bad things:

1. American Cartoon Network website has been shut down. redirecting users to pointless streaming service Max. Which i cannot play games directly from the Cartoon Network website anymore
2. WBD sent an DMCA takedown notice in iptv-org/iptv repository. telling contributors to remove these channels.
3. WBD silently axes some shows from its own streaming service Max due to merger and saving costs
4. WB. FIlms copyright striked "A Minecraft Movie" reactions into YouTube

What really happened?
