Recommending package rebuild-detector

I find it very useful. Every time a package is updated, it checks if packages that depend on it needs to be rebuilt, and one can see it directly in the output from pacman. It checks both for missing .so and missing modules (python, perl...). It's in Arch/extra. Can you please add it to Artix?
