Hyperlock package out of date

Recently during my update got the message that hyprgraphics and hyprutils could not update because hyprlock was out of date. Fixed the issue by installing hyprlock from the Arch extra Repo.

Please update it also in the omniverse repository.

The hyprlock and other hypr pkgs that were in omniverse have now been updated and moved to the world repository.
