Recent kwin-x11-lite update caused a regression

After a recent update "upgraded kwin-x11-lite (6.4.5.1-1 -> 6.4.5.1-2)"
Many applications (such as libreoffice and kde's own system settings) no longer start on the display I have my cursor on, instead they start on the leftmost display (I have 3 monitors with the middle one as my primary)
Downgrading the package back did not fix this and this doesn't happen on kde wayland.
When I tried downgrading, kde couldn't start, It was stuck on the loading screen for like 15 seconds before giving up.
I am using xlibre.
