A very old OpenRC/NFS not-mounted-at-boot issue solved.

Like some others (including an old post that I was told not to necro) I had an issue with NFS not being mounted at boot.
The problem is old and the machine was only rebooted once every few months so I didn't care that much.
Today I wanted this out of the way.

I've investigated on multiple computers to try to find what could be different with the ones that worked.
Long story short the only fix I found was to get rid of the NetworkManager (well, remove it from openrc)
Instead I went the OpenRC / Netifrc way and it solved the issue.

In hindsight I find it way easier to use. One text file instead of a bunch of commands so I've replaced NetworkManager by Netifrc on all of my machines.
