A proper mailing list manager has finally been setup. Existing subscribers of artix-general were re-subscribed and archives were created. New users should subscribe using the mailman interface. The list archives are browseable at https://lists.artixlinux.org/archives/artix-general.

The interface has been tweaked to the dark theme you all love so much.
