Nvtop is available in arch extra: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/nvtop/. Arch links it to systemd, but it can use libudev just as well. Just change the dependency in the PKGBUILD. Works the same.

There's an AUR package too: https://aur.archlinux.org/nvtop-nosystemd-git.git
